We undertand that life happens and your plans may change, requiring you to adjust your reservation needs. ISBI Center policy is such that that your booking be guaranteed against late cancellation or rescheduling with a major credit card. Your space is reserved specifically for you. We value your time and your business and appreciate your respect of the center’s scheduling policies in turn.

Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Reservations of two or more spaces require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of reservation. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of booking. This policy allows us to provide the best service for our community and guests.

When you schedule your booking, you are agreeing to these policies. All reservations require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
